Cristiano Ronaldo is finally back to Manchester United from Juventus
The Juventus star is set for an extraordinary return to the Old Trafford after his stay with Juventus.
According to Charlotte Duncker & Romeo Agresti, Manchester United correspondent, “Manchester United have confirmed they have agreed a deal to sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus for the sum of £19.7m.
Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes offered the former Red Devils forward to Man City after they missed out top target Harry Kane, but City dropped out of the race on Friday.
That allowed United to make a £19.7 million (€28m/$33m) bid to bring the 36-year-old back to Old Trafford, where he starred between 2003 and 2009. It is undertsood the deal which has been agreed is an initial £12.85 milliom (€15m) with add ons of £6.8m (€8m).
In a statement on the club website, United said: “Manchester United is delighted to confirm that the club has reached agreement with Juventus for the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo, subject to agreement of personal terms, visa and medical.
