He made it clear that the building should be released to capable hands to manage it or totally be sold off instead of the current state it is in
In his words “What is happening to Imo International Conference Centre? Such a building cannot be allowed to waste!
I am proposing a PPP with the State Government with an MoU to manage and buy off IICC.
Privatize IICC to my Company VANTAGE HEIGHTS CAPITAL.
