The Spiritual Laws
Spiritual Laws are set into motions by divine creation; they are immutable and
unchangeable. These laws are never set aside for any person or condition.
Though there are many Spiritual Laws, the major ones are as follows:
Law of Life: The law that controls the relationship between the God Power and
man. As we learn to coordinate and cooperate with the Law of Life, we advance
in our efforts to be successful in whatever we choose as our vocation or avocation.
Law of Love:
The creative force of all life. Love is the highest vibration that can
be attained for Love is God and God is Love. Love is a great healer of physical,
mental and emotional problems for people of all walks of life. It is no respecter of
persons. It touches the vibrations of the young and the old, the rich and the poor,
the wise and the illiterate. Love is an energy that can be felt by others.
Law of Truth:
The knowledge which consists of right thinking, right acting, and
right living. Truth always rises triumphantly over ignorance and fear. It is the
open door to a better and higher way of life.
Law of Compensation:
The counterbalancing of all acts; it metes out to all
mankind just payment for one’s deeds, good or bad.
The Law
of Compensation
brings the punishment or the reward. As we sow, so we reap. Our
grandmothers would say, “What goes around, comes around.”
Law of Cause and Effect: Every effect has a cause and every cause has an
effect. It is important to study reason and motive in every situation before
conclusions are drawn. The motive behind a deed determines whether or not it
is good and whether or not it has been done with good intentions. Such
knowledge can help us to be more understanding of people and their
circumstances. We create by thinking. Thought becomes deed and the deed
sets in motion that immutable law that brings the effect into our lives.
Law of Abundance:
Everything in the universe multiplies according to the Law of
Nature. Good multiplies into more good. Negative behavior and thoughts
multiply into more negativity. The more we give, the more will come back to us,
providing the giving is in a spirit of unselfishness without any conditions.
Law of Freedom:
This law gives people their own power of choice. The choice is
limited only by one’s ignorance of life and its laws which control our daily
activities. People can live as they choose, but they also must accept full
responsibility for the results of their choosing.
Law of Attraction:
Like attracts like. We attract to ourselves according to our
thinking. Happy people attract those who love happiness or those who are
happy. We also attract conditions into our lives because of the vibrations we
create within our minds…. TO BE CONTINUED
